about me

I've been writing and drawing since before I knew how. I used to fill notebooks with scribbles, insisting I was writing "my book." My desire to tell stories through pictures never went away and it lead me to become an illustrator. I attended the College of Visual Arts in St. Paul, MN where I graduated with a BFA in Illustration. Since then, I've moved around the Midwest, USA with my husband and dog.

Memoir comics have become my favorite way to connect with people around the world. I write about living with anxiety and the lessons I've learned throughout my life. I understand the power of visuals to enhance the audience's experience and I also enjoy creating illustrations to accompany stories and products. I am grateful to have the ability and opportunity to make your ideas come to life!
